The FBG manages and administers around 440 hectares of land in the fishery harbour of Bremerhaven. Specifically, this means:

• about 128 hectares of the total area is assigned by FBG as leaseholds,

• about 90 percent of the property and a large part of the buildings are managed by the FBG and

• the entire transport and supply infrastructure (electricity, water, sewage) is also managed by FBG.

The ca. 160 hectares of water area and quay installations are managed by the company bremenports.
