Freshly-caught fish. Delicate smoked specialities. Innovative recipes, with and without seafood. In the fishing harbour, the ships’ cooks can tell a fish’s freshness by looking at its eyes, and serve delicacies to suit every taste and to fit any budget. From gourmet cooking to cult diners, from classical to experimental.

Set course for your favourite galley.

Simply delicious

The “Fish Ambassadors” in the Seafood Cooking Studio, or Sefiko (short for its German name “Seefischkochstudio”), open up their galley and invite you to watch entertaining cooking shows, or take part in special cooking courses. The new Sefiko offers plenty of space for your group events, including or without a cooking course. Over the years, Head Chef Ralf Harms and his team have become a firm fixture in the gastronomic life of this coastal city. In 2012 he was presented with the award “Seafood Star” by a fishing magazine. The Seefischkochstudio is owned by the Bremerhaven seafood market’s advertising service.
