A world of highlights – and all under one roof!

Ahoy! This is the Fischbahnhof, the event venue at Schaufenster Fischereihafen! The name “Fischbahnhof” recalls the building’s former role as the harbour’s fish shipping hall, built between 1913 and 1920, from where the fishermen’s daily catch would be transported by special trains across Germany. Today, the Fischbahnhof is no longer a fish trading centre – but this has been replaced with no shortage of fun and ‘infotainment’, as it now houses the Expedition Nordmeere visitor centre, the Seafood Cooking Studio, the Haven.Café and the TiF – Theatre in Fischereihafen – alongside other extraordinary highlights.
